Running from 9-11 December, the exhibition is a lively and dynamic space that connects participants with advanced tools, research, and EBRAINS Research Infrastructure’s projects.

Would you like to learn about the Open Science data, tools and services available on EBRAINS? Are you curious about the projects and collaborative initiatives that EBRAINS is involved in?

Visit the Science Market Exhibition at the EBRAINS Summit! This is your chance to interact with leading experts from the EBRAINS pan-European community face-to-face and attend live demonstrations.

Exhibition opening hours

· 9 & 10 December: 09:00–17:00

·11 December: 09:00–13:00

EBRAINS Research Infrastructure services

· Brain Atlases
Navigate 3D maps of the brain and analyse complex neuroscientific data.

·Medical Analytics
Find, share and analyse unique clinical data in a fully secure and compliant environment.

· Modelling and Simulation
Model the brain on multiple scales and test your models in computer simulations.

· Data and Knowledge includingFAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) Data, Models andSoftware - ensure transparency andreproducibility of research assets through the EBRAINS Knowledge Graph and CurationService.

· Collaborative Platform
Work together in real time using our cloud-based workspace and build tools through co-design.

· Computing Infrastructure
Access high-performance and neuromorphic computing across Europe for large-scale simulations, AI models and big data.

The exhibition area also features booths showcasing the following EU-funded projects coordinated by EBRAINS, or involving EBRAINS as a partner:

· Virtual Brain Twin
This project aims to create an ecosystem for generating virtual brain twins for psychiatric patients by leveraging our partners' detailed knowledge and expertise in neuronal microcircuit simulation, mathematical analysis, innovative AI tools, psychiatric care and clinical studies.

· GreenDIGIT
The GreenDIGIT project tackles the issue of reducing the environmental impact of Research Infrastructures (RIs) from the generic conceptual point of view by addressing all major factors that define and influence the RIs’ environmental and climate impact.

· TEF-Health
This project aims to facilitate and accelerate the validation and certification of AI and robotics in medical devices.

· eBRAIN-Health
eBRAIN-Health delivers a distributed research platform for modelling and simulating complex neurobiological phenomena of human brain function anddysfunction.

EBRAINS Central Booth: National Nodes and Education & Training

The exhibition space hosts the EBRAINS Central Booth showcasing:

· the activities of the National Nodes and the Central Hub. EBRAINS acts as a central hub that coordinates a pan-European network of services that are delivered through National Nodes. Find out how you can get involved in your local neuroscience community via a National Node.

· the EBRAINS Education & Training whose main goal is to empower European researchers and developers to confidently use, contribute to, and build on EBRAINS tools and services.

The exhibition also features two international organisations:

· INCF (International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility) - an international non-profit organisation that promotes the uptake of FAIR data management practices in neuroscience through the development of open and FAIR standards and best practices, training, and community building.

· BIDS (Brain Imaging Data Structure), is a project dedicated to organise neuroimaging and associated data.

Discover impactful visualisations of the brain at the exhibition showcasing images from brain research conducted in the Human Brain Project, powered by EBRAINS’ research technologies, and a futuristic 3D hologram of the brain.

We look forward to meeting you at the EBRAINS Summit Science Market Exhibition!
