If you are a member of the EBRAINS network*, you benefit from discounted rates and access to the EBRAINS network day/internal day. The Early Bird ticket deadline is the 4th of September 2025.

EBRAINS Summit 2025 fees including VAT

All prices include 21% Belgian VAT in accordance with Articles 53 of the EU VAT Directive and Article 21 of the Belgian VAT Code.
An additional fee will be charged when purchasing tickets for participant handling, provision and use of the registration and event platform during the registration process.
