What’s included in the ticket price?

All in-person tickets include access to the full programme, exhibition, networking tools, coffee breaks, and social events. Travel and accommodation are not included.

Can I upgrade from a one-day pass to a full pass later?

Yes! If you decide to extend your participation after registering for a one-day pass, contact us before the event starts and we’ll help you upgrade (you’ll just pay the difference).

What’s the difference between a Member and Non-Member ticket?

EBRAINS Members are affiliated with institutions that are part of the EBRAINS network or initiatives. If you’re unsure whether your organisation is a member, check the list here or contact our team.

Who qualifies for the student rate?

If you’re currently enrolled in a university or are a PhD candidate (full-time or part-time), you can register as a student. You may be asked to upload a valid student ID or proof of enrollment during registration.

While EBRAINS does not offer direct financial aid, many universities and research institutions provide travel grants or mobility programmes for students and early-career researchers attending international conferences. We warmly encourage you to explore opportunities available through your home institution.
